MyPoints.com: Gives you points only, that can be redeemed for gift cards.



SendEarnings: I really like this site. Sends ads to your email, but also has surveys, shopping, offers, and more!

Hits4Pay: Sends ads to a site inbox. Click on a link, 30 seconds later you get credit. They also send reminders to your email box.

Deals'n'Cash: Pretty much works the same as Hits4Pay.

I've signed up for a few other sites (I prefer ones that send me emails to click on instead of having to remember all of the sites I've already visited on a certain day.) I'll add them as I like them more.
